Our process is rooted in natural architecture. We focus on site-specific design, passive strategies, and the use of local, tactile materials. We believe a home should grow from its environment – and reflect the people who live in it.

Clients who live overseas often face practical and emotional challenges: choosing a property remotely, navigating permits, and staying connected to the design process. We offer structured support throughout all stages – from the initial search to the final styling.

What the Service Includes?

  • Assistance in evaluating plots or properties based on orientation, potential, and fit for your needs.

  • Full concept and planning process, with emphasis on natural materials, climate responsiveness, and long-term sustainability.

  • Managing communication with consultants and authorities as needed.

  • Support in choosing finishes, fixtures, and furniture, while keeping you involved in key decisions from afar.

    • As part of the process, we visit the site at key stages to review progress and ensure that execution reflects the design intent.
      We stay in close communication with the project’s site supervisor and team, helping to resolve questions and maintain alignment with the plans.

    • Selection of furniture, textiles, and lighting to complete the space in alignment with the overall design.
      We focus on natural textures, local craftsmanship, and pieces that bring warmth, balance, and character to your space.

      *We do not carry out purchases or installations on your behalf, but we guide and coordinate the styling process as part of the overall design journey.
