se.arch studio was founded by Daniel Simantov and Dina Einstein — architects and life partners, based in Tel Aviv.
We started the studio because we wanted to practice architecture in a way that felt honest to us. Not trend-driven. Not decorator-style. Architecture that begins with place, responds to climate, and is built to last.
Between us, we brought over a decade of experience from practice before founding se.arch. We have designed private houses, apartments, renovations, and learning environments. We live in Tel Aviv with our two children.
We believe a house should feel as if it was always meant to be there.
Daniel Simantov

Daniel leads the design process from first site analysis through to construction details. He is interested in the relationship between people and the places they inhabit — how a house shapes daily life, and how daily life should shape a house. He works at the intersection of rigorous thinking and careful making.
Dina Einstein
Co-Founder, Head of Design
B.Arch, Tel Aviv University
Dina brings particular attention to materials, details, and the way spaces are experienced at close range. She thinks about how a room feels at different times of day, how surfaces age, and how small decisions accumulate into something that either works or doesn't. She is precise without being rigid.
